Sosowon: The Season of the Flying Fish is a Taiwanese VR tale set on Lanyu Island. It follows a young boy, Masarey, his grandfather, Syapen, and Sosowon–a flying fish escaping a fisherman’s net to save his family. Through themes of remorse, courage, and love, the story blends magical realism with Tao (Yami) tribal life, inviting reflection on intergenerational bonds and the fragile balance between humans and nature.
