UNFRAMED COLLECTION, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1 000 euros, with its head office located 108, avenue Ledru-Rollin – 75011 Paris, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under No. 841 118 368 (hereinafter « UNFRAMED COLLECTION » ), hereby declares that it does not collect, store and/or process any personal data from the users downloading and using the mobile applications it publishes (hereinafter the « Applications » ).

No personal information or data is required to download and use the Applications. No data is transmitted to any third party. The Applications do not contain any links to third party websites and/or services.

UNFRAMED COLLECTION complies with the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
